Friday, Sept. 4, Academic Affairs Provost Jennifer Bott announced in an email the creation of the “Solution Squad” to help students in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Solution Squad consists of a team of problem solvers who can provide personalized support to connect students to answers, information and resources they need. The squad will be available through phone, live chat and in Sangren Hall. They will also use a campus cart to operate around campus.

The Solution Squad will go live at 10 a.m. on Tuesday Sept. 8. They will be available for support Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m.- 8 p.m., Fridays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sundays from 4 p.m.- 8 p.m.
Hours will be adjusted as they learn more about demand over the next several weeks. Updates will be posted to the website.
