The Solution Squad consists of a team of problem solvers who can provide personalized support to connect students to answers, information and resources they need. The squad will be available through phone, live chat and in Sangren Hall. They will also use a campus cart to operate around campus.

The Solution Squad can be contacted by calling (269) 387-1000 or visiting their website at

“Our Western Michigan University community is resilient and stronger together, and our faculty and staff are committed to helping you navigate our student services,” Bott said. “Whether you’re on campus, online or a combination of both, Solution Squad is here to help!”

The Solution Squad will go live at 10 a.m. on Tuesday Sept. 8. They will be available for support Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m.- 8 p.m., Fridays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sundays from 4 p.m.- 8 p.m.
