Women’s tennis falls to No. 20 ranked University of Michigan

The Western Michigan University women’s tennis team was swept, 7-0, by the No. 20 ranked University of Michigan on Sunday in Ann Arbor, Mich.

The Lady Broncos loss snapped the team’s three-match winning streak as every Bronco was beaten in straight sets. The loss drops the team to 3-2 overall and 0-0 MAC.

The team will rest up for next Saturday’s doubleheader when they will host Indiana University–Purdue University, Fort Wayne at 1 p.m. and Valparaiso at 6 p.m. at the West Hills Athletic Club in Kalamazoo. All matches are free and open to the public.
