END OF 3RD QUARTER

The WMU offense sputtered and struggled to move the ball with any consistancy after Alex Carder left the game with the hand injury.

Broncos linebacker Desmond Bozeman had a sack-strip-fumble-recovery return for a touchdown at the perfect time. UCONN had cut the deficit to seven points and when the WMU offense could not move the ball, the defensive touchdown proved to be the six points that ended up the margin of victory.
