		<description>With ordinances like this WMU will slip into the same social category as Grand Valley where students are afraid to turn their music up loud in fear of the police kicking down their door.  It is time that Kalamazoo admits that it is truly a college town and that the City Commission begins making it a more student friendly city.</description>
