Mitt Romney visits Western Michigan University’s Bernhard Center tonight

Erin Gignac
News Editor

Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney is scheduled to speak at 7 p.m. in the Bernhard Center at Western Michigan University tonight. Most of the attendees have already filtered into the room. Golden oldies are streamed through the room’s main speaker system as guests peer to the front stage, complete with a national debt counter.

Those who have not preregistered for the event can take a seat in the Bernhard Center lobby, which is where the overflow guests will be housed.

I will be live tweeting the event on my account, @roseering with the Twitter trending hash tags of #Romney #Michigan #WMU. Also follow @weekendscenewmu and @westernherald and check westernherald.com for updates about the event.
