Four arrested in Oak Street home invasion last Friday

Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers responded to a home invasion at around 3:50 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of Oak Street in Kalamazoo.
Four suspects, with stolen property from the home tucked under their clothing, were seen leaving the house on foot when police arrived. Two people were apprehended immediately and the other two suspects were apprehended in a perimeter search involving K-9 units.
Residents are advised to lock all doors on their homes and vehicles to discourage this type of crime, police said.
