It is SO loud (terrible insulation) and there is dangerous racing all over the parking lots. Not to mention that it's freezing for more than half the year, and there are tons of robberies that go on. Oh yeah, and my townhome burned down in the middle of the night in May, and the management still had the balls to try and make us pay for the rent for the remainder of our lease. The only thing good about that complex is their free bus, but a few times during the year it broke down and they didn't give people notice. I sincerely hope Copper Beech shuts down.
