The world will know…

Here’s the thing: I’m a dreamer.
Straight up, daydream all the time, dream about the way I wish things could be right now, dream about my future and what it might hold, dream about impossible things coming true… I dream.
Being this much of a dreamer can really become a delicate balance. I’m not alone in this, there are plenty of us. I think sometimes the world like to write us off as the type to live in our own little worlds and never actually contribute or amount to much of anything. Like all stereotypes, there is a reason it exists, this is the way plenty of people do end up.
As Albus Dumbledore tells the hero in “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”: “It does not do to dwell on dreams, and forget to live.”
It is important for a dreamer to not loose sight of their imagination, however, falling so in love with dreams that they absorb your reality can be one of the biggest detriments in life.
Never forget that you are alive NOW. You have a world at your finger tips, let it know you are here.
Dreamers have the greatest power over the real world – they believe in the “impossible.” They don’t let pessimism get in their way, the can see an outcome and fight until they reach it. They are the ones who can change the future and the condition of the world.
Find wonder in the tangible, harness all that imagination and put it to practical use, you might leave an imprint on the world that outlasts your life. After all, where would we be if people like Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Benjamin Franklin, or any other revolutionary, stopped the first time someone told them their ideas were impossible?
