The 44-year-old Shore is one of the most polarizing figures in entertainment, with his fair share of fans and detractors. His body of work includes his stand-up comedy, a stint as a video jockey on MTV from 1989 to 1994 as a video jockey and numerous films, such as “Encino Man,” “Son in Law,” “Bio-Dome” and his self-written mockumentary, “Pauly Shore Is Dead.”
Shore posted a video on his YouTube account on January 7 to promote his appearance in Kalamazoo and encourage his fans to buy tickets to his show.
Tickets can be purchased for $22 by calling 269-312-7246 or going online to www.kalamazoocomedy.com.
The Shore show is part of the Comedy Series at the Entertainment District. January 11-12, the Entertainment District hosts Mark Simmons. Tickets for that show are $15.
