New Accounts: All new accounts must complete a credit application. Credit for new accounts is limited to $300 for the first six months. Invoices are mailed by the 10th of each month and full payment is expected by the end of the month. An interest charge will be added to accounts not paid on time.
Errors: In case of an error or omission the Herald’s liability will not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error. Errors must be reported after the first printing of the advertisement.
Political advertising: Advertising related directly to an election must be prepaid and contain a disclaimer identifying who is paying for the advertisement.
Disclaimer: The Western Herald will not knowingly accept advertising which reflects discrimination because of race, color, religion, gender, sexual preference, or national origin.
The Western Herald has the right to refuse or reject, in whole or in part, and without cause any advertisement submitted for publication. All advertising is subject to the approval of the Western herald Board of Directors.
Advertisers must have a signed contract with the Western herald to receive contract rates. If the actual space used is greater than the contracted amount the advertiser will be eligible for the next contract rate. If the space used does not meet the contracted amount, the advertiser will be billed the open display rate.
