Haunted Hall returns to WMU’s Eldridge-Fox Hall

Community members say goodbye to Jones

People from all over the community gathered to say goodbye to Robert Jones.

Friends, family and co-workers all gathered to reflect on Jones and what he brought to the community, as well as say goodbye at a public memorial service for the former Kalamazoo and state representative at Western Michigan University’s Miller Auditorium.

Tri Fi celebrates CD release at Dalton

New York-based jazz trio Tri Fi will be performing 8:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, in Western Michigan University’s Dalton Center Recital Hall. This concert is not only for the celebration of the release of Tri Fi’s third album, “3,” but also to showcase the jazz trio’s talent and sound.

Hops and Stops | Old Boys Brewhouse

We all know that a dog is a man’s best friend. We give them names, talk to them in baby voices and sometimes dress them up for Halloween – but naming a brewpub after one is just taking it to the next level. Old Boys Brewhouse is named after the memory of a chocolate labrador, Old Boy, who was known for catching fish out of the lake.
