President Obama’s upcoming visit to WMU

Over the last few days, there has been a buzz of excitement and curiosity around the Western Michigan University campus concerning President Barack Obama’s upcoming visit.

The President has chosen to speak at Kalamazoo Central High School’s graduation ceremony held at Western Michigan University’s University Arena.  The ceremony is scheduled for Monday June 7 at 7:00 p.m.

K-Central anxiously awaits president

The commencement contest to bring President Barack Obama to a US high school has finally ended. Over 1,000 high schools entered the contest before the schools were narrowed down to six. From there, anyone could rate the videos online on a one to five scale on whitehose.gov.

Finally… After two decades of waiting, Sangren construction starts June 1
